We recently welcomed the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica to our showroom. After last week, we're learning that this is just the start of what's to come from the Chrysler Pacifica. More specifically, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Google revealed that an autonomous Pacifica is on the horizon.
While you will have to wait for it to come to the market -- approximately year 2020 -- here's what we know thus far. "The deal appears to be a win-win for both sides," notes the staff at Auto Blog. "Google gets about 100 Chrysler Pacifica minivans. FCA gets access to Google's technology for self-driving cars, which the tech giant has been working on for years. This move immediately positions FCA to be potentially among the leaders in self-driving cars."
