Every year dealerships vie for the top awards of customer service satisfaction or that of top sales, in which many have stringent criteria that dealerships must meet all areas. When it comes to the awards given by Dealerrater, they only consider those top dealerships in the U.S. and Canada that have outstanding customer satisfaction expressed in reviews.
